Are you looking for feedback on your resume while making valuable professional connections? Whether you are a student who is just beginning to think about your job search or a mid-career professional who wants to be prepared for any new opportunities that come your way, it’s always a good time to freshen up your resume.

Our next WIS PDX Professional Development Mixer will feature a short presentation on how to optimize your LinkedIn profile and resume, and you will have the opportunity to get one-on-one feedback on your resume from one of our qualified resume reviewers. You will also have the chance to network with others across the full spectrum of fields and career paths in the sciences. There will be unlimited pizza and a raffle drawing for some great WIS gear.

This all-ages mixer will occur on July 26th from 6:00 to 8:30 (check-in begins at 5:30) at Lucky Labrador Beer Hall in NW Portland. We encourage anyone from any career level to attend to get resume advice and engage with our Women in Science community!

If you have children joining you for the event, a volunteer will provide free-of-cost childcare at the venue until 7:30 pm.
